## Danganronpa: The Animation Fifteen elite students are locked in a school by a sadistic robotic bear who tells them the only way out is to murder a classmate and get away with it. Makoto Naegi enrolls at the prestigious Hope's Peak Academy, only to wake imprisoned inside it alongside fourteen other gifted "Ultimate" students. Their captor is Monokuma, a malevolent robotic teddy bear who declares that the sole way to graduate is to kill a fellow student without being identified. After each murder, a frantic class trial follows, where the survivors must deduce the culprit, who alone escapes while everyone else is executed if they guess wrong.
