## Date A Live Mysterious world-shaking maidens called Spirits can only be neutralized by making them fall in love, so an ordinary boy is recruited to date them and save the world one romance at a time. Catastrophic "spacequakes" have killed millions, and they are caused by Spirits, powerful otherworldly girls whose arrival in the human world triggers devastation. Ordinary high schooler Shido Itsuka learns from his commander sister that he possesses a unique ability to seal a Spirit's powers, but only by winning her heart and kissing her. Recruited by the airborne organization Ratatoskr, Shido must charm each volatile Spirit, defusing them through romance rather than military force, even as a hostile anti-Spirit task force seeks to gun them down. The result is a high-concept blend of sci-fi action, harem comedy, and dating-sim premise, with the fate of the world riding on Shido's every date.
