## JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind *Golden Wind* (*Vento Aureo*) is JoJo's most visually and thematically ambitious arc — a stylish Italian mafia thriller that gives the franchise its most morally complex protagonist and some of its most creative Stand battles. Set in Italy in 2001, Giorno Giovanna — the secret son of DIO who has inherited the Joestar bloodline — dreams not of conventional heroism but of becoming a "Gang-Star": a criminal who protects the people from within organized crime. He joins Passione, Italy's most powerful criminal organization, and its enforcer team led by Bruno Bucciarati, working from within to destroy the boss and change the organization's direction. The arc features David Production's most polished animation, a celebrated soundtrack by Yugo Kanno, and the series' most emotionally resonant conclusion.
